Rejected emails - 04/11
Hi all,
Our team is currently investigating an issue with emailing invoices to some recipients.
Commonly customers are reporting the error:
- Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.7.1 Policy-DT510: Rejected content policy
violation - It does not appear as though this is specific to one domain as the below have been identified as rejected by customers so far
- optusnet.com.au
- iinet.net.au
- ozemail.com.au
- froggy.com.au
- aapt.net.au
- tpg.com.au
- netspace.net.au
- internode.on.net
