When an Auto-Build is recorded, AccountRight updates the inventory quantities and values for both the finished item and its components. In the Build Items window, the component items show as negative quantities and the finished item shows as positive. You can also review the setup and activity from the Auto-Build Items report via Reports > Index to Reports > Inventory. From what you've described, the parts not appearing in the History tab doesn’t seem to be covered in the standard Auto-Build workflow, so it may not display there in the way you’re expecting. The first thing I’d suggest is checking the Build Items transaction itself and the related inventory reports to confirm the stock movement has been recorded correctly.
