I undertadn your suggestions, but te issue is that I buy the 6 pack as a 6 pack. I dont buy single bottles then Autobuild into a 6 pack.
Ideally I want to do a minus autobuild (Auto-dismantle :-)) ?
eg -1 Six pack (from Stock) = 6 Bottles

I actually wouldn't auto-build the item at all - I would do it via the number of items per buying/selling unit.
When you go into an item in the Buying Details you have the option for the Number of Items per Buying Unit. This is where you can specify the number of items you are buying in when you purchase 1 of that item. For example, if we take your "6-pack" time, you set the Number of Items per Buying Unit to be 6. This way when you purchased 1 from the supplier you were getting in 6 individual units into stock ( 2 units brought = 12 individual stock units...).
