ERROR: The value of inventory may not be less than zero

I am trying to adjust inventory cost to correct the average cost but per unit but MYOB is showing and error "The value of inventory may not be less than zero". Is this something i can correct or need...

Hi cml-72702968 ,

I understand you're trying to adjust your inventory cost and encountered an error. We have an online script that can be run on our end to resolve this issue. Could you please confirm the last four digits of your Serial Number and Company File ID? Thank you!

    Last 4 digits of our serial number : 4317
