I find export very clunky too - I just do a screen print of the last export fields...
I don't seen to be able to create a new post so I am replying to yours!??? My concern is I have set up custom lists to separate our commercial v residential customers with different trade terms (about 1300 and 4000). I set up custom lists so I can review separately, however if you try to export by custom list it says there is nothing to export. I then have to dump to excel and sort. Same for inactive v active cards. Has anyone found a way to export only the cards you want or is this a MYOB extract weakness like some reports which don't work?
Trushka , I think those issues you mention have been known about for a while. All you can do is sort/filter what you want in Excel, as you are doing.
