  • Hi Barry_OPD , welcome to the forum,  you could display the item list summary to screen, then send it to a text file and prepare it in Excel, and save as CSV.

    Ouch.

Been trying to print Items List to PDF and then copy into Excel and clean up all the page headers. Also pretty ugly.

Surely doing a stock take you would want a dump of current inventory balances to excel or csv.

Amazed that this isn't a standard export.

Maybe send it straight to Excel? I agree it's not an easy report to work with.

So how would you do that? Send it straight to Excel?

Sorry I am new to AccountRight (and managing a project to upgrade to MYOB Advanced so AccountRight won't be in use much longer) so am trying to find my way through an unfamiliar system

Hi Barry_OPD , once you have the report on screen, select File, Send to, Excel.

Hope you can display the report?

    Good luck with the migration.
