Inactive Items Showing in Count Inventory Screen

We have made quite a few items inactive recently. We went to check our 'count inventory' to see how it will work for next stocktake and all these items are still showing in the list.

We are unable to untick the 'I Inventory This Item' as there is history attached to these items. How can we remove them from the 'count inventory' screen so that stocktake is more efficient.

Are you doing it through reports? That is: Reports-Inventory-Inventory Count Sheet-Advanced Filter. Then you can untick (Include Inactive Items) before running report.

    Hi Tony,

No, its not the report we are looking at, its from the main command centre when you go to inventory and select 'count inventory', we enter in our stocktake numbers in there but it doesnt exclude the inactive items.

    Hey CarlBenton,

There isn't an option to filter the Count Inventory screen to show only active items. We know how handy that kind of filter would be for stocktakes, so we recommend sharing this suggestion on our AccountRight Ideas Exchange board. It's a great space for customer feedbacks and ideas.

    Cheers,

Sorry, I see what you mean now. It's for when you do the actual volume adjustments, you're wanting a shorter list to scroll through.
