Inventory Discripancy
This is what the inventory download says on 28/6/26
when it should actually be zero with zero value
My question is what steps do we need to take to correct this in the system and write the value and stock back to zero?

Sorry to hear your inventory download is showing a quantity and value when you expect both to be zero. I’ve run a script that should fix this. If it’s still happening, please reach out to our Support team so we can take a closer look.
