Multi Currency Option not available
We are (and have been for quite some time) paying for an AccountRight Premier subcription but the multi currency option is not available in preferences and our online Company file says AccountRight Plus - Can someone please explain why we have not been given the service that we are paying for.

It looks like you already identified the error. If you are paying for a Premier subscription however the datafiles only show as AccountRight Plus when you go to: Help > About, then this would explain why it does not show.
This can happen for various reasons as you can keep datafiles as Plus while using a Premier Subscription.
To fix the issue in your case, you simply need to change the file to use Premier. Here's how:
- Go to: Help > Change Product
- On the window choose AccountRight Premier and click OK
As a small note: This will require that you log out of the file and back in so that the changes take affect. Then you should see the preference after the change.
