Negative Inventory Values

I have a client with 5 inventory items with negative $ values, some with stock on hand, some without.  I'm not experienced with inventory so have absolutely no idea how to fix these.   I have also ...

    Hi Bookandoffice 

     

    If you have any inventory items with negative values, you would have to adjust inventory by doing an adjustment journal which would increase the value of items, as negative inventory is not supported by AccountRight Live.


    After that, you would be able to edit or delete the transactions having that item. More information on how to do the inventory adjustments can be found on Making inventory adjustments help article.

    How do I find out what the actual negative value currently is?  It is just showing N/A

      Hi Bookandoffice 

       

      If your file is online, please send me the serial number by a Private Message so I can run an inventory script that would remove those N/A values and reflect the actual quantity.
