If you’re signed in with the same MYOB login, your old quotes and invoices should still show in MYOB Assist.
If they’re not showing, try signing out of the app and back in first. If they’re still missing after that, it’d be best to get in touch with support so they can check things further from their side. You can reach out by creating a ticket in My Account or connect with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
