Customer activity in assist
Why would myob bring out an app (assist) that removes such a vital function, ie: the ability to check customer actions on your invoice correspondence?
Yes you can log in on your browser, but that's not efficient. If I am required to go through the process and inconvenience of logging in and navigating the web version, then that would rule out the need to also log into the assist app to create an invoice. It's double handling. I may as bloody well create an invoice whilst I'm there.
Myob are obviously not in touch with what users actually need. Stupidity at it finest, or am I missing something?
