Myob assist
Hi, anyone else having issues creating customers? Everytime we try it says something went wrong, try again. However trying again doesn't work.
Forum Discussion
Hi rayzorcleaning,
That sounds very unusual, especially since trying again hasn’t helped. Please sign out of the MYOB Assist app and sign back in, then try again. You could also fully close and reopen the app, or restart your device.
If the error continues, please contact our support team so the issue can be investigated.
Regards,
Genreve
