502 Bad Gateway error when signing in

The last two days I keep getting the 502 bad gateway error when signing in to MYOB Teams, tried clearing the cache, restarting etc. I can sometimes log in and then shortly goes to bad gateway error, any ideas?

    Based on your post, it seems you have already tried basic troubleshooting. There are multiple possible reasons for the error message you mentioned. I recommend checking the list of fixes to see what will rectify it.

  • Try deleting your internet bookmark and signing in directly from the myob website and re-adding a new bookmark. Worked for our firm issues when trying to login to myob practice.
