After 2 weeks, MYOB teams stop pushing data to MYOB report again

As you can see from the screenshot. The timesheet has been approved but the approved data didn't sync to MYOB business report: timesheet. And the only hours for Jacob is manually recorded in MYOB business timesheet not from the app.

    Hi JYU,

    Thanks for your post. It seems like it was not set up properly. Here's what I suggest:
     

    1. Check Employee Details: Ensure all your employees' details are filled out completely.
    2. Create a Location: Set up a location, then add a roster if needed.
    3. Add an Approving Manager: Assign an Approving Manager in the main dashboard under Payroll >> Employees.
    4. Reinvite Employees: If you've already set this up, remove and re-add your employees to resend the invite.
    5. Approve Timesheets: Approve your employees' timesheets to sync them for payroll creation. You will also have the option to edit them if necessary.
