FAKE Approving Manager (super and personal details required)

As per other posts here, we need to create Approving Managers who are not currently Base Hourly employees. Several of these users are contractors or salaried staff.   We only want to create these ...

Thank you. I've logged on to the web version (we normally use the desktop version),  but there are no pending invites. How do we proceed?

 

NOTE: we never actually turned on self-onboarding.

Hi Rob (robertpascale)

 

  1. Go to Payroll > Create employee
  2. When you see the following window, click on the words that say "Skip this, I'll add the employee's details myself":

 

This will bring you to the Create Employee screen, which you can fill in yourself and won't have to worry about sending the self-onboarding form to your employee.
