MYOB TEAM - GEO LOCATIONS

Hi

 

The Geo Locations is currently not working on MYOB Teams, it is showing all staff members has having their Locations as turned off when they do not.  Can this please be looked at as it is important to know that staff are at the location when clocking in and out.

    Hi OptimaTashe,

     

    Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the late reply. If MYOB Team is showing everyone’s location as “Off” when it shouldn’t be, it’s usually caused by either a location mapping issue or phone permission settings getting in the way. Normally, staff need to have location services turned on and be clocking in or out within about 200 metres of the business location. Please check that they’ve set their phone’s location permission for MYOB Teams to Always Allow.

    Hi Princess we have tried this and it is still not working.  We have 1 staff member that it is working for but not for the other 20.

    Thanks for the update. Since you’ve already given Princess’s steps a go and it’s still not working for those other staff members, it’d be best to get our support team to take a closer look at what’s happening there.
