Thank you Doreen. I spoke to someone in tech support and after trying numerous times all afternoon, I eventually gained access to the Teams extension when speaking to the support person. Neither of us could explain how it was resolved but I am relieved to have been able to process the payroll. Hopefully the Status Hub can reveal why the problem occurred?
