MYOB team app - can't approve leave

Hi, 

 

We use MYOB team app for leave management. Currently the approving managers is unable to approve any leave. When he tries to approve pending leave, he gets an error message that "there's an error approving leave" and the status of the pending leave becomes failed in the admin portal. 

 

I have tried removing all employees and reassigning. Deleted the approving managers app and reinstalled. But this hasn't solved the issue. 

 

Can you please let me know how to rectify this problem?

    Hi Mojo1,

    This may need further troubleshooting to resolve some MYOB Team app issue. Although you have already tried deleting and reinstalling the approving manager's app, ensure that the latest version of the app is installed. Sometimes, updates can resolve such issues. Additionally, on the approving manager's device, clear the cache and data for the MYOB Team app. This can sometimes resolve issues caused by corrupted data.
