Thanks for sharing the details. That does sound a bit puzzling. You're spot on that job numbers can't be chosen when staff are putting in timesheets through MYOB Team, so it should normally pick up from the employee's standard pay setup. Since it's only happening for the same couple of people each pay, I'd suggest double-checking their card setup and making sure the job number is applied consistently across all their standard pay lines. Sometimes even a small difference in setup can cause the job number not to carry across.
If everything looks the same and it's still happening, best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount so the team can take a closer look at those specific employees.

Thanks Sai. I can't see any difference in the setups for the employees, all the line items have job numbers entered. However, what I have noticed is that it is only casual and part-time employees that are having this issue. The full time employees who are using teams are all picking up the job number from the standard pay setup.
