Thanks for sharing the details. That does sound a bit puzzling. You're spot on that job numbers can't be chosen when staff are putting in timesheets through MYOB Team, so it should normally pick up from the employee's standard pay setup. Since it's only happening for the same couple of people each pay, I'd suggest double-checking their card setup and making sure the job number is applied consistently across all their standard pay lines. Sometimes even a small difference in setup can cause the job number not to carry across.
