i have also had this issue the last two payrolls, contacted the virtual assistant and nothing they said helped like clearing the cache, using a different browser, creating a new roster, dupicating etc etc. if only it allowed me to be logged in long enough to do so!. I log in and for 5 seconds it shows timesheets, when i then click on employees it shows 0 (we have 60), locations 0 (we have 55), then all the timesheets disappear and then the portal itself closes and i cant log in again as it does not even show my business listed! the other day we sat there for 1 hour and it still did not connect. tonight the same, i just wanted to add a location to an employee and could not even do this; there is something seriously wrong here - please fix MYOB!!!!!!
