I get what you’re trying to do here; with just a small team, it absolutely makes sense to just fix the hours yourself rather than overcomplicating it.
You can sort a missed clock-on by adding a manual timesheet, rather than trying to back-clock in the app.
Once timesheets are turned on in your payroll settings, jump into the MYOB Team admin portal > Timesheets, pick the correct pay week, click Create timesheet, choose the employee and the Wednesday date, then pop in their start, finish, and break times and Save. The approver can then just review and approve it for the rest of the week.
The main catch is that you can only do this before you’ve processed the pay for that period; after it’s paid, you’d handle any fixes as an adjustment in payroll instead of through Team.
