I’m with you on this, and thanks for giving those steps a shot already. That error can happen for a couple of reasons, like incorrect login details or if you’re set as an approving manager. To sort this out, make sure you’re signing in with the exact same email that was invited in the MYOB Team admin portal. If you’re the approving manager, remove yourself from that role. Create a dummy employee card in the file and assign that card as the approving manager. Then log in to the app using the invited employee user.
