Accepted an AccountRight invite but file does not appear in MYOB Practice

I have accepted an invite from a client who uses MYOB AccoutRight but the file does not appear in MYOB Practice.

 

I can access the file through their link using the AccountRight software, and can see all my other client files through the software, but cannot see or access their file using MYOB Practice which is where I manage all my MYOB client files.

    It sound slike they have invited you as a file user and not as an administrator. Did the invite you received say you had access as a file user or administrator?

    If it is file user, then you will need to get them to add you as an online administrator in their my.myob.com.au account.

      The invite stated that my access was set as administrator.

        They may not have ticked the box to give you online administrator permission, or may not have invited you as an advisor. Either way, they should go into my.myob and add you as an online administrator. You need that permission for the file to appear in your dashboard.
