My apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this. Have you been able to resolve this issue? If you have not, are you able to please take a screen shot of the error message for me to investigate further?

Was there any resolution for this? - I have found the same issue for My September 2020 Advisory Report "Something went wrong when generating this report." comes up when I hover mouse over greyed out section.
