Tax notices still being created for clients we no longer act for.
Our MYOB Tax is continuing to create tax notices for clients that we no longer act for. Why is that? And how do we stop it happening?

We had this.
We were able to fix this by UN-ticking the tax client box
Go into the client under the Main TAB
Under the DOB, ABN and Director ID you will see Tax Client. UN-Tick the box.
Just closing a client is not enough to stop getting tax notices you need to UN-tick the box.
