Hi, I've been trying to call to get advise changing change from AccountRight Plus to Premier, being close to EOFY year I don't want to upgrade and then experience issues. I have tried calling your help line twice, each time I'm on hold for nearly 2 hours and then the call cuts out, I have requested a call back on your website but never received a call.
Is there a way to speak to someon?
After 6 hours of being on hold, being passed from one department to another I finally have a resolution.

AccountRight Premier has all the same benefits as AccountRight Plus, with the added bonus of inventory, multi-currency support and an additional business file. Payroll is unlimited at no extra cost, for more information check out this page. You can manage and upgrade your subscription from your My Account dashboard without having to call us, but feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
Hi Amanda, my file is already online, want I need information about is upgrading to AccountRight Premier, I need to make sure there will be no change to payroll or payroll team, is there an additional cost, thinks like that, is there any way to speak to someone?

We know that call wait times have been much longer than usual, being unable to reach us to get help with this change has not been acceptable, and we’re sorry for that.
We’ve heard your feedback and worked hard on improvements in this release to support your file moving online, regardless of whether you already have a subscription or need to purchase one - this means you can navigate the change without needing to call us.
These changes will be visible when you open up AccountRight from the morning of the 18th of June. Please check out this post for all the details on what will change and how to work through it.
