Advice on changing file ownership

Hi - my accountant has my MYOB set up with themselves being the Administrator / Owner, and myself (sole trader / business owner) as just a file user. I want to move away from that accountant but they...

    Hi CCBB1​ - thanks for your question.

     

    To change the file ownership, you'll need to provide some documentation and complete a change of primary contact form.

    Hi Adrian,

    Thank you for your reply. Contacting MYOB directly, by submitting a completed change of primary contact form was the first thing I did. Very difficult if the original 'owner' doesn't co-operate. 

    Currently looking at having a third party assist. 

    I have always enjoyed using MYOB for business, but feeling very let down by the lack of real support - no phone number to call, and days between response emails.
