MYOB Payslips & Remittance Advice

I cannot see the Payslips and Remittance Advices in my sent items in my emails in Outlook. The last time this worked was on 17/09/25. 

I am using the "old outlook", and have also tried changing over to the "new outlook" with no success.  I am also using the Desktop version of MYOB AccountRight

    You’ve got two ways to send emails from AccountRight, either straight from the app or via Outlook. If you don't see the email sent under Outlook, it is likely that it is being sent directly from the application. You can check this article about sending email using Microsoft Outlook to help you in setting up your emailing preferences on AccountRight. If the email still not showings, give our live chat a buzz via our virtual assistant MOCA or lodge a support request at MyAccount and will help you sort it out.
