Horrific service from MYOB !
Day five now and our account is still suspended by MYOB despite the direct debit ciming off our account on 1-5-26
It has been escalated to the top and still we wait. Our trucks are standing, our customers arent paying, our creditors are screaming ( not to mention the shareholders), our staff have been told to stay home and twiddle their thumbs
Has anyone got a contact for a good lawyer so we can open a case against MYOB for loss of earnings and costs incurred due to their lack of ability to service their long standing customer of 25 years
NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL ! They have our money for a service that they can not provide it seems and we are told to be patient - they are not on the receiving end of the screaming calls for the last 5 days .
