Trial balance out of balance.
As MYOB desk top version doesn't allow me to print P&L and balance sheet and trail balance.
so I use web browser version but trial balance is not balanced at all.
Please advise.

When the Trial Balance is out of balance, here are a few things to check:
- Financial year period. When reporting period is changed, for example, from July- June to April- March, previous years' balance will go out of balance.
- False Out-of-Balances. Check the financial year in your file. If it hasn't been rolled over, this might be the reason. Before rolling over, it's best to check with your accountant.
- Refresh balances. You can refresh the balancing account to fix the out-of-balance by following the steps through this link.
