We are experiencing the same issue, we use the desk top version and as of today no information is being bought in. Added to this we are still (for 12months now) having issues with PDF's not landing in the in-tray, it is completely random as to what PDF will land and no notification is generated when a PDF doesn't land. This includes our monthly subscription invoice from MYOB which will not land in the in-tay.
MYOB what are you doing about these issues?
