MYOB Uploads Errors

My Client just emailed me to say the same has happened to her. Sounds like another bug in the latest update. MYOB you are making businesses lives really difficult and it is costly - not good during a cost of living crises. You need better testing before you release these endless updates that stuff something else up.

This is happening on more than one computer & one of them had the cache cleared recently for another issue. It's an MYOB problem and they are aware of it. See Doreen's reply.

Hi Team, I'm currently having the same issue with in tray invoices, I have cleared the cache as suggested which has not fixed the issue. MYOB will not "read" the invoice and populate details.

I spent over an hour on the phone with support with my in tray not recognising any suppliers when creating a bill and still no resolution and frustrating to see it is an ongoing issue as the rep said it wasn't. Could have saved myself all that time. 

H All, i am having the same uploading problems, its just stays in scanning mode or when it uploaded it has wrong name on it example Dept of Transport (which is used to pick up fine) is now Government of WA . Plus even with all of this incorrect info you do accassionaly get one correct and when you cick to create invoice it does not populate the name or any details. yesterday l also notoced that several invoices $$ value were in correct as it dropped off the GST.  This is so frustrating and very time consuming. There has been more errors lately than MYOB running smoothly. Please we pay for this sytem to run correctly Can attention be made urgently to fix this issue 

We are also having the same issue.  No invoice line details, job not populated etc

Since yesterday afternoon we are also experienceing issues uploading invoices in MYOB desktop and Web for muliple entities. Very frustrating! I have logged the issue with support.

My issue has now worsened so that nothing gets automatically entered, I have to manually write all of the info. Before at least if I manually chose the customer it would then pre fill the other info, now its all manual. And on the browser version it doesn't upload them at all, just keeps saying scanning. This is so unacceptable. Currently on another long call to support with no answers.

Sorry this has been happening for the past few days. We’ve seen an incident report of In Tray documents staying stuck on scanning and supplier details not being recognised correctly. A recent service issue affecting supplier detail pre-filling was rolled back and marked resolved, but as you’re still seeing the problem across both AccountRight and MYOB Business, we’d like our support team to investigate this further. Make sure to contact them via Contact Us page. You can also try the checks in Working with uploaded documents, including confirming the document is ready before creating or linking a bill.

I was told to clear the cache and this worked. Worth a try.
