We can't get in touch with the ATO right now, so we haven't created any new activity statements for you. This may also affect your ability to edit or lodge forms. Please try again later.

This has been ongoing for over 2 weeks. Any updates....... I've phoned MYOB and logged MYOB Account support request. No response from MYOB. Happens for all client MYOB files. Very frustrated....

    Hi belindahowie,

     

    I'm genuinely sorry for the late reply, and for how long this has taken to resolve. This isn’t the experience we want for you. The issue connecting BAS with the ATO has now been resolved. When you have a moment, please give it another try and see if everything is now working as expected. We appreciated your patience while this was worked through.
