Yes I fell for that too.    So we have until before April 2027 if running Ace Payroll to change and we will still get the updates until then when needed?   Genreve_S​ and Princess_R​ ?

Can you please let me know when there will be an easy transition to another payroll product and what it will be?  Ideally I want to change at end of this financial year but wanting a smooth transition over.  Not sure what product to chose and when to do this.

No worries if that was a bit confusing. Quick heads up:

• MYOB Payroll support ends in April 2026.
• ACE Payroll will continue to receive support until April 2027.

They’re different products, so the timelines are different. Nothing’s been pushed back.

This is not what the email I received on 20 October says - has the end date been moved back?

Good call on double-checking the dates and sharing the link. I can’t confirm that March 2025 end date, as the information we have states that Ace Payroll will be decommissioned on 1 April 2027. You can check this link for more info about the decommissioning.

Online information suggests that support and updates will expire on 31 March 2025 in New Zealand. Appreciate if you can please advise and confirm.

Yes, as we get closer to Ace Payroll wrapping up in 2027, we’ll share more details. We don’t have everything to pass on just yet, but you can count on MYOB to provide guided transition tools and support to make the move smooth. We’ll also post updates in the Community Forum as soon as the team has more to share.

Yep, Ace Payroll is scheduled to be decommissioned in April 2027. We'll be sending out plenty of emails and updates as we get closer to the date, so you won't miss a thing.
