Can not open Payroll

Hi I have just tried to open my payroll app and it is coming up with an error. Can someone help me please. I have no idea what is wrong

    New Zealand Payroll Support Note: Unable to open Payroll, or errors "1976" or "114" should be able to assist with that one. 

     

    In short, the recommendation is to restore a backup if you can. If you are not able to even open the application due to that message, removing the corrupted data prior opening is the way to go.

    Thanks so much for the reply. I called the helpline and managed to sort it out.

    It was as you mention a corrupted file and after removing it I could open this again
