How do I delete two weekly pay runs from the old NZ MYOB desktop payroll system (see screen shot)?
While we were switching over to new NZ Acumatica payroll system I actioned parallel pay runs. The duplicate pays were not uploaded to IRD twice. I'd just like to remove them so that my EOFY reports are neat and I don't have to manually remove the weeks.

I would just restore the backup from the payrun at the correct ending, so the reports from this version will be correct.

I can see why you’d want to tidy those pays up for EOFY. Because they’re already processed payroll history (and came across as part of the migration), they can’t be deleted in NZ Payroll desktop. The neat workaround is to reverse them so they net to zero and don’t affect your EOFY reports; roll back to that pay date, enter a matching negative pay for each one, and finalise it like a normal pay to cancel them out cleanly.
