Error message is showing "a problem occurred attempting to load myob team"


A few staff have the same issue of "A problem occurred attempting to load MYOB team" message and can't log in. We've tried uninstall and re-install the APP, removed and re-invited staff. But they still can't log in and the same message was showing. 


Our serial details is, 0163. Please help.

    Thanks for your post.


    You were able to remove and then re-add the employee, but still got the same error. As well as uninstalling and then reinstalling the application, we highly recommend checking the device if it has the updated operating system. Also, try using a different device to see if it will allow the employee to log in.
