Leave without pay
We have a staff member who has had 2 of his 3 months off. When I record leave with out pay for the next 4 weeks can I record it weekly with each pay run or do I have to record it all with this pay run? MYOB Business NZ

You can do it either way—record the leave without pay weekly with each pay run or all at once. If you process payroll weekly, it might be easier to adjust their hours each time to keep things accurate. But if you’d rather get it all sorted now, you can reduce their hours in one go for the full four weeks.
