Payday Filing - files not received by IRD?

I have sent 9 Payday files since 3/3/19 and four of them are showing as submitted the other five are showing as submission received.  The ones not saying received are 31/3, 14/4, 21/4 and 28/4 - so dp these need to be resubmitted and if so how do I do that?

    Hi OscarH 

    This just means that IRD hasn't processed them fully yet - and with their close down they are likely to be behind now. They will show eventually as received.

    Thanks Jennie, it's very strange as one on the middle has been processed....but that's the IRD for you!!

    Haha - I suspect they are all on a steep learning curve in there - I have seen the same in some of our client files last week - but all came through eventually
