payroll error

 

 

Hi there, I have a payroll error when I opened by payroll programme. I have attached the error. How do I fix, thanks, Jenny

    Hi WaimeaJenny 

    You will need to remove your data folder first. - normally found in C:\Users\public\data\myob\payroll - and will be a folder named Payroll1 or the name you gave it when the file was created. Once this is removed (drag it out to the desktop) - then you should be able to open payroll and create a new payroll and restore you backup in to it.

    Thansk for the reply but I cannot even get to the 'welcome page'. I click on the Payroll App and it goes straight to the error message. I have deleted and reinstalled the App, then restarted my computer, but the same error messages, thanks
