Thank you for your post. The IRD number and Sick Leave balance are available when viewing the employee's pay slip. Here's how to view your pay slips:
 

• Go to the Payroll menu and choose Pay runs.
• Click the Date of payment for the pay run which contains the pay slip you're looking for.
• Click View PDF for the pay slip you want. The pay slip will display in a new window where you can save or print it.

Hi Sean, The sick leave does not show in hours as per my original post. It shows in days. Also, there is no IRD number on the payslips when viewing them. I am talking about payroll essentials.

I've consulted with the team and replicated this. IRD number doesn't show and sick leave is listed in days for Essentials Payroll. I've previously sent you an instruction for the updated version. What others do as a workaround is to input the IRD number in the notes area. All information about the payroll setup options and payslip display settings can be found here, Set up Payroll. Here's a Product Idea posted about IRD number on pay slips that you can vote for. You can also add a new idea on Sick Leave shown as hours.
