Kindly confirm if the employee was processed in the pay run. If yes, you may need to deauthorise your payday filing first and then create a dummy pay run with the supposed missing deduction. Once done, kindly double-check your payroll reports to see if the figures from the dummy pay run are reflected. If yes. then you will need to reverse the dummy pay run and then reprocess it. Make sure to re-authorise MYOB through payday filing.
Lastly, if the employee has a student loan, it should be visible on the deduction part. In your case, if the deduction is not reflected, please check the deduction to see if it was set up correctly on the employee's profile.
