Thank you for your post. Generally, once you've processed a pay or created a new employee, you need to ensure the information you've submitted is successfully processed by Inland Revenue (IR). For us to do so, we will be needing to check if the Payday Filling was properly set up, as it could be a possible reason why the data has never been filed with IRD as you process payroll.

After this, you should be able to submit your Payday Filling details to IRD successfully after processing payroll.
