Payday filing submission
Hi there,
I submitted a pay run yesterday from the online software Business Payroll Only, with a payday being 2 April 2026.
At the moment, it doesn't show up under the "Payday filing" page. The drop down list of the payroll year still shows "2025/2026". The year "2026/2027" is not there yet.
Also, when I checked our myIR account, this pay run is not showing up under "Submission" either. Before when I used the desktop version Payroll, after submitted a CSV file, it showed immediately under the "Submission" tab in myIR.
Could I please check the following?
- For the online software Business Payroll Only, after I “Record” a pay run, it says “Your information has been submitted to Inland Revenue”.
Does this mean the end of the payday filing process? So there is no csv file to generate, and to submit like before in the desktop version Payroll?
- How long will it take for the submitted pay run to show under the "Payday filing" page?
- Also how long will it take for this submission to show up in myIR account?
