Payday filing submission

Question

Hi there,&nbsp;I submitted a pay run yesterday from the online software Business Payroll Only, with a payday being 2 April 2026.&nbsp;At the moment, it doesn't show up under the "Payday filing" page. The drop down list of the payroll year still shows "2025/2026". The year "2026/2027" is not there yet.&nbsp;Also, when I checked our myIR account, this pay run is not showing up under "Submission" either. Before when I used the desktop version Payroll, after submitted a CSV file, it showed immediately under the "Submission" tab in myIR.&nbsp;Could I please check the following?&nbsp;- For the online software Business Payroll Only, after I “Record” a pay run, it says “Your information has been submitted to Inland Revenue”.&nbsp;Does this mean the end of the payday filing process? So there is no csv file to generate, and to submit like before in the desktop version Payroll?&nbsp;- How long will it take for the submitted pay run to show under the "Payday filing" page?&nbsp;- Also how long will it take for this submission to show up in myIR account?&nbsp;Many thanks!&nbsp;Regards,&nbsp;Anna

I am having the same problem.&nbsp; Unable to change the drop down menu to 26/27, return not showing on IRD website.&nbsp;

Thanks for flagging this and sorry for the confusion, I know how annoying that would've been especially when you're expecting things to show up straight away. Good news though, this was actually a known hiccup on our end, and it's now been sorted. So everything should be back to normal. If you're still not seeing that payday filing come through in the page or in your myIR account, give it a quick refresh or log out and back in.&nbsp;

Hi Sai,&nbsp;Thanks for helping out.&nbsp; The pay run now shows up on the Payday filing page, with the status "Submitted".&nbsp; But it's still not in "Submissions" in myIR account. I have already logged out and logged in again. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Would you be able to help further?&nbsp; &nbsp;How long would it usually take for this submission to show up in myIR?&nbsp;Many thanks!&nbsp;Regards,&nbsp;Anna&nbsp;&nbsp;

&nbsp;
Love that the pay run’s all submitted now! You’ve already done the right thing by logging out and back in. From here, you just need to wait for their system to update. It can take up to 24 hours before it shows in IR.
