'Your softwear version does not match what was expected .....'

My version shows as being 2020.5.

I have used it before with no problem.

Went to use it this week and the above message came up but pay still seemed to go through ok and details are showing correct in history.

Went to ring but found it was out of hours. Doing a pay run on Monday so want to make sure it will be Ok as message still coming up when I open Payroll.

Please advise fix and whether it is a problem on our computer or with MYOB's.

    The issue is at MYOB"s end - their records show you are you entitled to 2020.1. They will need to to update and do the confirmation ove the phone with you. They will probably talk to you about Essentials Payroll at the same time - which depending on your staff numbers - could be a possibility to transfer to. If you ahve more then 10 staff - then I would look at IMS Payroll - also owned by MYOB.

      Thank you for your response, I will try calling them tomorrow morning, was trying to avoid a phonecall.

        Hi Janet-frta 

        The phones open at 9am - I would suggest phoning as soon after 9am that you can - less time waiting then.
