'Your softwear version does not match what was expected .....'
My version shows as being 2020.5. I have used it before with no problem. Went to use it this week and the above message came up but pay still seemed to go through ok and details are showing correct...

The issue is at MYOB"s end - their records show you are you entitled to 2020.1. They will need to to update and do the confirmation ove the phone with you. They will probably talk to you about Essentials Payroll at the same time - which depending on your staff numbers - could be a possibility to transfer to. If you ahve more then 10 staff - then I would look at IMS Payroll - also owned by MYOB.
