One initial step you can try is having the employee use a different device to see if the issue persists. Sometimes, device-specific settings or configurations can affect app performance. Regarding the submitted timesheets disappearing on the mobile app, currently, they disappear and not available to view/make changes from mobile app. Don't forget to create a post again if you encounter issues in the future.
