Myob Capture App

Kept coming up with an error yesterday. Uninstalled the app and then tried to reinstall the app, but the app doesn't appear in the App Store at all. Please Help!

    Hi NicoleProTurf,

     

    We totally understand that would've been a bit inconvenient. We're aware the app had a few issues yesterday, including not showing up in the App Store for some users. The good news is it should be working now. But if you're still not seeing it today, no worries, our team's already working on it. Once resolved, the app will appear back in the App Store like normal. In the meantime, you can still securely upload your receipts via the browser.

     

    You can also keep an eye on updates over at status.myob.com.

    Sorry about the mix-up on the previous response. The capture app has been taken off the app store because it doesn’t work with the latest iOS versions anymore. If you’re keen to find out what’s happening with the capture app, check out this link for all the details.
